Coach Jamie is an avid track lover. Having competed in her childhood she found most of her success as a sprinter running the 100, 200, 4x100 relay and competing in long and triple jump. Her claim to fame in the track world is winning many district, area, and regional awards, competing in the Texas relays, and breaking a few school records-her 200m record still stands more than 25 years ago. 

Jamie is married to her high school sweetheart of 25 years, is a full time realtor, has 4 active children (2 of which participate with the Comets), and loves being a part of the Comets program encouraging kids and helping them see their full potential.
